Just one suggestion .. it would be gud if you add some adventitious roots .. the ones that hang from branch to the ground :D.That will complete the banyan ;).
I don't understand that why do we have this banyan tree and these plants on our logo . I think we are some educational institute and not any nursery of plants. Don't you think we should have some tecnical logo or may be logos like we have on any govt instt. ?
PS: I am not critising your Logo. btw good job done!
